hi i’m kris … a working mom who refuses to believe that i can’t “have it all”. this blog is the
story of how i do it. along the way i’m
hoping to give you other working mom’s out there some inspiration, ideas or
just plain resources that i’ve run across to help you “have it all” too.
so let me tell you a little about myself … i’m the mom to a
very sweet but willful little girl and my son is a pint-size comedian. i’m married to the greatest guy i could have
picked for myself! my family comes first
and being a mom is the greatest & hardest job in the world! we live in denver, colorado and love the
rustic, outdoor, active lifestyle that makes this area so great!
i also have a career in human capital and i manage a global
team. i have the best team in the world
and every day i’m trying harder to be the best leader that they deserve! while my career is very technical and
analytical i also need to fulfill my creative side … that’s where this blog,
home décor and fashion come in. all of
this said i come from a very humble background and while i like nice things … i’ll take the satisfaction of a bargain and custom {diy} solutions any
day.
oh ... and none of this would be possible without coffee ... large amounts of coffee.
