i know ... i know ... it happens to us all ... but seriously it's the 2nd half of october already and we've gotten snow already! fall is definitely in full swing and it's not just the leaves doing some changing over here. i should probably back up and say i've been going through this weird mid-life assessment (?) for the past year or so {i'll talk about that later} and i feel like last week was a bit of a breakthrough week for me. i don't know if it's all the looking inward or a book i'm reading but it's all kinda clicking with me now and i feel better in my own skin than i have for a while. one of the things that is a truth to me is that i need a creative outlet and while crafts in the house are one way i get that out this blog is another and i have to carve time out to make this happen.
